According to a 2013 report from the Journal of Adolescent Health children of military personnel, specifically adolescents. may be atincreased risk of experiencing poorer well-being overall and depressive symptoms specifically. Rates of suicidal ideation in our sample were also higher than reported in other studies. One in four children of military personnel have experienced suicidal ideation.
